Step 1. Go to the Used Car Shop
Step 2. Buy any Tuned Car
Step 3. Go back in and sell it.
Repeat.
Any tuned car you sell back sells back for more then you bought it for. In 20-30 Minutes, I got 500 thousand. Good luck :D
