Used Car Dealer (Test Drive Unlimited 2 Showroom)

The Used Car Dealer is the first shop the player visits in Test Drive Unlimited 2. It is essentially a Car Dealership which provides bargain prices for a variety of vehicles on the game.

There are two Used Car Dealers in TDU2, one on Ibiza and one in Hawaii. Both are run by Jude, who is the first to fit the player's car with a F.R.I.M. system.

When the player first visits the shop, they are given a choice of a Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evoluzione, a Lotus Esprit S3 and a Ford Mustang Fastback 302did Cruise-O-Matic (which are normally available at Italian Classic, European Classic and World Classic).

If the player revisits the Ibiza store, they will be given a random combination of cars relating to the classes available on the island (C4, B4, A7 and A6), but the cars will not be replaced once they have been purchased. A similar effect applies to the Hawaii store, but it will sell cars of a higher class. The fastest supercars (A1) can't be bought from this shop.

Players will also recover the vehicles restored by Jude there after finding the wrecks, and they can also check the wreck finding progress.

The unlocked vehicles are also found here if there are no more places in the player's houses. Player's can also sell their vehicles in the Used Car Dealer.

Trivia

• Before DLC2, players had to collect vehicles from DLCs here, they could only collect them in one go.
• Although Ferrari's are not tunable, some in sales are tuned.
• The file for the music in this showroom is called "stolencardealer.wav", which implies the cars in this showroom are stolen.
• There cannot be more than 6 cars for sale, there can be 8 cars in total but these will be cars to recover.
• Some vehicles such as wrecks cannot be sold by the player, but their value price is visible.
